Our atmosphere of worship (sincere reverence for God and His goodness) includes motion, emotion, and devotion. Our fine arts ministry leads us in corporate worship experiences that are geared toward giving God honor and glory.

God is and always will be a healer. We provide an environment, information, and opportunity to get better with our health and develop the faith to receive healing when necessary.

FAMILY
Family and healthy friendships are a gift from God. We teach and encourage believers to cultivate lasting relationships built on biblical principles. At FLOW Church we don’t say “let’s be friends, or let’s worship together.” We say “Let’s do life together.”

PHILANTHROPY
We are blessed so that we can bless others. Therefore we cultivate an environment that encourages believers to be givers, both inside and outside of the church. Our individual and ministry life plans revolve around being a distribution center for wealth in the earth using it to magnify God.

Dr. Russell J. Cash is the Senior Pastor and founder of FLOW Church. He is married to his best friend and Co-Pastor, First Lady Vetta Cash. They have been married for over 25 years and have two children. The Cash family resides in the DC Metropolitan area. They frequently travel to churches, conferences, educational institutions, and private events across the country teaching and preaching the gospel.
